His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Dhawyani, Chairman of the National Records and Archives Authority, received at NRAA’s main building His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Fahad Al-Shami, Director General of the Arab Planning Institute in the sisterly State of Kuwait, along with his accompanying delegation currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman.
During their visit to the NRAA, the delegation was introduced with the Sultanate’s experience in records management and preservation, and electronic documents management. The visit included an exploratory tour at various specialized and technical divisions of the NRAA, a presentation on the NRAA, its main objectives, specializations, and activities. The tour also included a visit to the Permanent Exhibition of National Records and Archives to have an idea about the historical and cultural heritage of the Sultanate of Oman.
