Beneficiaries Reception

Loan Rules
- Books may be borrowed from the library for research purposes for the benefit of the organization only, through the submission of a written letter from the head of the organization, general manager, or department director.
- Authorized borrowers are allowed to borrow up to (4) books at a time.
- The borrowing period is two days, extendable for an additional similar period, only once.
- The borrowed material is not allowed to leave the organization's building.
- References (e.g., dictionaries, encyclopedias, atlases, biographies, guides, theses) cannot be borrowed from the library.
Reading Rules
- The beneficiary has the right to use all available materials inside the library.
Copying Rules
- The beneficiary may request copies from a single item, up to a maximum of 30% per day.
- Requested copies will be delivered to the beneficiary as soon as the copying process is completed, with a possible delay until the next day, depending on work conditions.
Manuscript Regulations
- The beneficiary is allowed to request up to two paper manuscripts per day, and no more than one manuscript is allowed at the same time.
- The beneficiary wishing to obtain paper copies of the manuscript must fill out the designated form.
- Manuscripts are not allowed to be borrowed or reviewed in paper form outside the reading hall or library.
- The beneficiary is entitled to obtain a complete electronic copy of the manuscript, provided they attach an official document from the relevant authority confirming their need for the manuscript for research purposes.
- The beneficiary is allowed to request copies of two manuscripts per day, up to 30% of each manuscript.
- The requested copies will be delivered to the beneficiary once the copying process is complete, with a possible delay until the next day depending on work conditions.
- The beneficiary is obligated to donate a copy of the completed manuscript (book) to the Library of the National Documents and Archives Authority after completing and printing it.
- The beneficiary must reference in their research that the manuscript copy was obtained from the Library of the National Documents and Archives Authority.
- The beneficiary commits not to alter the manuscript copy except for the purpose stated in the proof document.
- The beneficiary commits not to upload the digital manuscript copy to the World Wide Web without prior written consent from the National Documents and Archives Authority.
