NRAA Introduces E-Transformation Tools
National Records and Archives Authority opened the awareness and training program in the field of e-transformation and e-mail use, under auspices of Said bin Juma Al Riyami, NRAA’s Chairman Adviser for Administrative Affairs. This program is organized to introduce staff with required procedures to apply e-government in various fields implementing the directives of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.
In addition, this program aims at improving the government performance in terms of providing service and efficiency, accuracy and reducing the time and cost required to complete government transactions along with building integration and coordination between different government bodies. The main goal of this program is to reach the efficiency, transparency and better performance of of NRAA and its staff in order to change the stereotypical image among citizens.
