Overview of the Decision

In the context of organizing the work of the authority, and in accordance with the responsibilities entrusted to it, the authority has begun completing its work system. In order to encourage scientific research, intellectual and artistic creativity, and to make good use of the archives while facilitating access to them and highlighting their cultural, scientific, and educational value, the authority issued Decision No. (1/2015) dated November 10, 2015, by His Highness Sayyid/ Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, the Minister supervising the authority, regarding the determination of service fees provided by the authority.

The authority also issued Decision No. (292/2015) dated November 10, 2015, by His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority regarding the implementation of the rules and procedures for accessing the archives at the authority.

Thus, researchers and scholars can access the authority's website for searching and reviewing available documents or visit the document access department at the authority's headquarters.
