Participation Conditions

1. Each paper should address one conference theme.
2. Only one researcher should participate in each research paper.
3. A researcher may participate in one research paper only.
4. The submitted paper should be original, innovative, and directly relevant to the conference themes, and must indicate if it has been previously published.
5. The scientific committee reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the required standards.
6. The participation form must include:
   • One recent personal photo
   • Personal details
   • Research abstract (250 words in Arabic and English)
   • Short biography (100 words in Arabic and English)

If the Abstract is Accepted

1. Submit a copy of a valid passport (valid until May 2027) to facilitate visa processing for non-residents of Oman.
2. The paper must follow recognized academic styles in humanities such as MLA or APA.
3. The full paper should be between 4000 and 6000 words including references and notes.
4. Font requirements: Times New Roman, size 16 for title, 14 for headings, and 12 for body text.
5. Footnotes and citations must follow standard academic referencing formats.
6. A reference list must be included at the end of the paper, with in-text citations or footnotes as per academic style.
7. The paper must be submitted in MS Word format via the official conference email.
8. Accepted papers will be published in the “Series of Research & Surveys on National and International Archives” based on scientific committee approval, and the organizing body retains publication rights.
