Head of Palestinian Archives Visits NRAA
His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Dhawyani, Chairman of NRAA, received this morning the Palestinian delegation, headed by Dr. Mohammed Bahis Aramin, Head of Palestinian Archives, at NRAA’ building. During the meeting, the two parties reviewed aspects of cooperation between the two countries especially in documents and archives field. Meanwhile, the delegation viewed the Sultanate’s experience in the field of documents and archives along with NRAA’s role in saving history through maintaining records and archives and through organizing national and international conferences and exhibitions. During the visit that will continue to 13 April, the delegation takes an exploratory tour in various sections and departments of NRAA starting with a presentation displaying an introduction on NRAA and records and archives management system implemented by it.
At the end of the visit, the delegation praised the achievements of the National Records and Archives Authority in records and archives management field and the existing programs to improve the efficiency of its staff
