A brief description of the stages of service
1. This service shall be initiated by the concerned authority through the website of the Authority or by sending a paper request to the Authority, send a letter to the Director of the Follow-up and Technical Support Department and attach to it a list of the names of the employees proposed by the concerned authority and their number.
2. Submit the service request to the concerned department to study the application and identify the topics and programs proposed to be explained.
3. Communicate with the relevant agency to approve the training program and determine the appropriate time for the training.
Note: if the service is an initiative of the body
This service begins with the follow-up and technical support department, who will address the expert to determine the topics to be discussed and to determine the appropriate time and place
The department?s staff determines who to train
A formal letter will be addressed by the department director two weeks prior to the date of the program, stating the timing, location of the program and the number of trainees proposed for nomination
Receipt of approval from the relevant documents department so that the names of the proposed proposal are attached

Requesting to participate in seminars, working papers
A brief description of the stages of service
This service starts with the Authority issuing a declaration in the daily newspapers that the Authority wishes to establish an activity in certain places proposed by the Authority and provides the public with the opportunity to participate in working papers according to the proposed rules and conditions proposed by the Commission or the organizing committee.
To send a request for participation by e-mail, the Department of Studies receives the participation papers by the participants which is a (summary + participation form)
1. After the expiry of the declaration period, a scientific committee shall be established to evaluate the submitted papers so that the working paper is accepted or rejected according to the requirements of the scientific committee.
2. Participants are answered with acceptance or rejection within one week of the committee meeting
3. After you evaluate and accept the worksheets, the search is complete
4. A week after receipt of the entire research, the participant will be notified of the travel procedures in case the event is outside the Sultanate or within it, in addition to the time and venue of the seminar or conference.
5. After the logistics and administrative matters are coordinated from reservations, halls and others
6. When all work papers are completed and participants are informed of the date and place of the event, the event will begin.
7. A detailed report on all parts of the activity is being made.

Requesting a technical support for the record management system
A brief description of the stages of service
1. The application is made electronically through the National Documents and Archives website. The type of support is indicated.
2. Communicate with the concerned authority and clarify the type of support.
3. Study support with the experts and the staff of the National Documents and Archives.
4. If the concerned party is new to this service (a team of the National Documents and Archives is appointed) to start the technical support service for the concerned entity
5. If the concerned party is old, the subject shall be referred to the competent staff of that body to study the application.
6. Working collectively ? the team decides what is appropriate for the service and the concerned party ? the discussion of the content of the request.
7. A FEED BACK questionnaire is completed and this service ends with a report on the training provided to the applicant.

Requesting to see places where the records were saved
A brief description of the stages of service
1. The concerned body shall send the documents and archives authority with a memorandum containing a request (1) Supervising the establishment of conservation places or 2) Supervising the preparation of the conservation places.)
2. Supervise the creation of saved places:
? Schedule an official meeting with the party concerned.
? Specify the site?s technical requirements and specifications.
? The concerned authority shall send the maps and designs of the warehouses to study these maps and designs and to approve them by the Chairman of the Commission .

A brief description of the stages of service
1. The designated form shall be completed by the concerned authority.
2. Send to the National Documents and Archives Authority through the Documents Department to the Follow-up and Technical Support Department.
3. The staff of the Commission shall match the retention period data
4. Adoption of the tables by the National Documents and Archives Authority and informing the concerned authority of accreditation.
5. Determine the day and time to receive the documents.
6. The collection and classification of documents in the National Documents and Archives Authority will receive the documents in progress
7. The team will check again and match the detection with the documents.
8. Adoption of the list
9. Addressing the government agency to confirm the identification of the documents with the documents and to approve the deportation

A brief description of the stages of service
1. Addressing the National Documents and Archives Authority with the changes they have received and requesting them to update the procedural tools.
2. Responding to the concerned authority as evidenced by a royal decree or a ministerial decree.
3. Form a team and set a date for the visit
4. Interview with the concerned authority and study the new work reality
5. Study the new update (and agree on the nominal list)
